Polk Museum of Art
The Polk Museum of Art has nine galleries on two floors with pre-Columbian artifacts and an outdoor sculpture garden. The museum aims to stimulate awareness and appreciation of art through its acquisition and care of its permanent collections. These collections which range from a 2,500 year old vessel from the Chavin culture in what is now Peru to contemporary works.
