Silver Springs
Silver Springs is 350-acre natural theme park that surrounds the head waters of the Silver Springs River. Marvel at the largest artesian spring formation in the world as you venture across the water in a glass-bottomed boat viewing the fish, shellfish, turtles and alligators in the crystal clear waters. Wander along the winding pathway through the botanical gardens or visit one of the wildlife habitats. Keep an eye out for Sobek at the “Big Gator Lagoon”, thought to be the largest American crocodile in captivity, at 16-feet long and 2,000-pounds.

Wild Waters
This family water park is located next to Silver Springs and features a 450-gallon wave pool. Wild Waters has something for all the family from the Tad-Pool with its novelty fountains and water animal rides for the younger visitors. The area is encircled with decking and loungers enabling parents to relax while keeping an eye on the kids. For the more adventurous there is The Silver Bullet a 220-foot long racing flume ride that accelerates riders into racers. The Hurricane is twin 400-foot flumes of thrashing water with an added 80-gallon blast at the mid-way point. Bunyan’s Bend is a winding flume ride through a grove of majestic oaks.
