Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park
Big Kahuna’s is packed with speed slides, body flumes, white water tubing, rushing rivers as well as leisurely lagoons. For those wanting to relax and let the world go by, the Lazy River is the perfect chill out ride. If you feel the need for speed there’s Jumanji, a long black snake of a ride that spins and twists you all the way down. The adjacent adventure park includes tropical mini golf, a grand prix raceway carting track and 100-foot sky coaster.

Heritage Museum of North West Florida
Located on the original main street of Val Paraiso, the Heritage Museum of North West Florida’s exhibits span the years 8000 BC to the present day, illustrating past ways of life. Flint spear points, a black iron wash pot, crosscut saws, turpentine collection cups, a porcelain pitcher, lumber mill tokens, and old school desks portray the history of Okaloosa and Walton Counties. The Crestview Train Depot brings to life the early days of railroading in North West Florida and the impact it had on life in the region. When it opened in 1883, the Crestview Depot served the Pensacola & Atlantic Railroad, and then from 1891, it also served the Louisville & Nashville (L&N) Railroad. Exhibit includes portions of the depot built in 1905 as well as artifacts salvaged when it was torn down in 1974.
