Click HERE and follow the easy steps to set up your property listing.
Q: Can I include a link to my own website?
Yes you can link to your own web site and to your virtual tour if you have one.
Q: When will my vacation property appear on Traveling2florida.com?
You will be able to see a preview of your listing immediately but it will not go live until it has been verified and approved for inclusion on the site. This process should take no longer than12 hours.
Q: What is verification and why do I have to do it?
In order to protect renters we require all owners to prove that they do actually own the vacation property that they are listing. We therefore require all owners to either fax or email a copy of a recent utility bill clearly showing their name, vacation property address and property listing number.
Q: How can my vacation property become a featured listing?
Featured listings can be booked through the owners control panel.
Q: Why do I have to update my availability calendar every month?
In order to cut down on the number of non relevant enquires our search engine quires the availability calendar and only sends out general enquires to properties that have availability. It is therefore essential that you keep your availability calendar up to date, if you have no change all you need to do is log in and confirm that there have been no changes, you will be prompted by email a few days before you need to do this. Failure to update or confirm your availability calendar will lead to your listing being suspended, until you confirm your availability calendar.
Q: Why can I not use an auto responder?
It is possible for a potential renter to send a general enquiry out to two different sized vacation homes and if there are 100 properties in each group they could be faced with 200 responses, most potential renters would just hit the delete key. Please only reply to an enquiry if you have availability.
