From the wrap-around balcony, you will enjoy the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master suite is upstairs with vaulted ceiling and sun porch. The downstairs is designed with lots of windows, open floor plan, and decorated with the latest home fashions.
This property is just 160 yds. from the beach with full access to the white crystal beaches and the emerald green water. Some of the most popular restaurants are within walking distance. The new Destin Commons is located at the end of the street opposite the beach. You will find this to be your favorite place to shop. We are just a short driving distance to the water park, outlet mall, and if golf is your game, you will be in golfing paradise!

In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request
Balance is due in full within 30 days of arrival.
There is also 11% tax, and a $400.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded if house is left in order as found). Deposit can be personal check, money order, or travelers check. Balance can be paid with personal check up to 30 days before check in.
A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. We strongly recommend that you look into purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment, not only from hurricanes, but other problems that may affect your vacation plans.
