Tropical surroundings are waiting to greet you at the SUNRAY. This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with private 27X13 ft. pool, offers all the comforts of home.
Enjoy the sugar white beaches and emerald waters just a block away or plan the family cookout on your large 12X18 deck overlooking the private pool. Or for the "social butterflys" in your group, walk across the court to the enormous community pool (heated in winter months). You'll also want to take advantage of the 2 tennis courts and sand volleyball pit.
So if you try to remember when the last time you truly relaxed on a family vacation and "never" comes to mind, perhaps you should consider the SUNRAY - where you can be as lazy as the sun and free as the sea!

Rates based on 6 persons, $100 per person per week extra up to 9 except 4th of July.
In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request
Balance is due in full within 30 days of arrival.
There is also 10% tax, and a $400.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded if house is left in order as found). Deposit can be personal check, money order, or travelers check. Balance can be paid with personal check up to 30 days before check in.
A fee of 20% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. We strongly recommend that you look into purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment, not only from hurricanes, but other problems that may affect your vacation plans.
