Property Description
Our beautiful SUNSHINE home has everything you are looking for.
The living rooom has a sofa that opens to a double bed if extra room is needed. The dining room has a wonderful palm tree mural on the wall giving you that extra tropical feel and seating for 6.
There is an entertainment center in the family room with Cable TV, VCR/DVD and a selection of books, Disney and other movies and games for your family to enjoy.
Sliding doors open from the family room to a lovely private lake view and our fully screened-in, south-west facing, heated pool. Pool side furniture of loungers, chairs, table and a charcoal grill complete the scene for your enjoyment. All doors leading to the pool are alarmed for the safety of your children, by Florida State Law.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, large walk-in closet, Cable TV and en-suite bathroom with an exit door leading to the pool area. The two additional bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One of the bedrooms is "fish themed" with a Queen size bed and Cable TV and the other bedroom is Mickey themed and has two twin beds and a Mickey Mouse Cable TV!
We have tried to make your vacation stay seem as if you were in your owm home. Our home is "self cataering" and is stocked with soap, toilet paper and garbage bags upon your arrival, however, replacement of these items during your stay is your responsiblity.
FREE - Use of Baby Pack n Play Bed, and High Chair if requested at time of your booking.
FREE - Use of Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Skate Park and Children's play area at our Beautiful Lakeside Estates Park.
