Worthington is a gated community with golf and tennis courts. The clubhouse has a swimming pool and a whirlpool. In every neighbourghood there is a pool and a tennis court, a few steps from the unit.

8 miles to the wonderful white beaches.
Next exit on I 75 takes you to fantastic Miromar outlets.
The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with walk in closet in the master bedroom. A big englased lanai with televison overlooking the departure of the mens 2nd tee and on the other side the 1st greeen.
Cathedral ceilings make the unit look spacious - Open kitchen with dishwasher, microwawe, owen and everything you need. 3 TV. Washing and drying machines.
2 living areas, one with television.
Heating and airconditionner.
Walking distance to the clubhouse and driving range with free balls.
3 bikes and grill in the garage .
The unit is near the north gate which makes it easy to get in and out of the community.
The neighbourghood has its own pool parties and golf tournamnts, which is a nice way to get to know your neigbourghs.
Southwest Florida has a warm and nice weather. January will be the coldest and you might have to turn on the heating. But if yo are lucky you can as well have to turn on the air conditionner.
Our pools are all heated to around 80°
We have an obligatory transfer for around $ 250.- which will allow you to play golf, tennis and be active in the club house. In the late afternoon you will be able to play golf walking. The golf course has 5 lakes to which the balls are very attracted. But you can buy 2nd hand very cheap balls five minutes from the community in the very fun flea market.
Renters are not allowed to pets.
