The villa is fully equipped, , beautifully furnished throughout, fully air-conditioned and has its own private screened swimming pool, which overlooks the conservation area to the rear, and as a bonus is south facing so very sunny!!.
All Towels and Bed Linen provided, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a utility room with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
There is a broadband internet access point and digital TV’s in all bedrooms, a Nintendo games system and games and a selection of DVD’s are available
The villa is in a really peaceful surrounding, but yet the buzz of Disney is only 8 miles away
  
Property Description
Situated 30 minutes from Orlando International or 75 minutes from Sanford Airport, is a villa, which is definitely home from home, we have catered for everyone, making sure that from the young to the old there are facilities to suit.
We have listened to our guests and we hope we provide an excellent base for your holidays.
For those who want the thrill of the Disney attractions we are only 8 miles away, for those guest wishing to see central Florida at its best why not take a trip up to Lake Louisa State Park, here can be found the very best in what Florida has to offer in natural wildlife and habitat, fishing is also allowed here. For those wishing to Golf, there are many Golf courses within a ten minute drive.
Fancy a trip to the beach, we are only and hours drive from the warm tropical waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
A trip to Kennedy space centre, on the Atlantic coast, is only 45 minutes away, take a trip on the close up tour it takes you to the actual launch pad.
The villa is in a residential area, situated off the main road, very quiet and very peaceful, apart from the regular visitors of Racoons and Herons.
The pool area is fully furnished with 4 Loungers and 4 chairs with tables. The pool area itself is wonderful, quite private, very sunny, and in a very sheltered position, just right for a lazy day in the sun, with no distractions, overlooking a conservation area, with wildlife in abundance.
The US27 and Highway 192 gives you an array of restaurants for all tastes, from Houlihans to MacDonald’s to Cracker Barrel, there is something for everyone, for those guests not on a Fly Drive holiday the supermarket is a nice 15 minute stroll.
