Pavilion Palms is a newer, gated complex on Scenic Gulf Dr, only 200 steps from the beach. Enjoy full, unobstructed ocean view from our professionally decorated condo. It's on the top floor of a 3 story low-rise, in a small family oriented complex with only 10 condos per building, total of 30 units, arranged in a U shape around a central pool. Our condo has 10 ft ceilings, 18x18 ceramic tile in kitchen and baths, as well as in dining and living room areas. This is a very large condo with approx 1300 SF of living area and another 280 SF balcony. Both bedrooms have en-suite baths and cable TV. Second bdrm has 2 twin beds, and master has king Tempur-Pedic bed, walk-in closet, split bath with double cultured marble vanity and french doors to balcony. Enjoy spectacular gulf views from every room except the back bedroom.
    
Property Description
The huge, fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight and even has ocean view! Since I love to cook, my kitchen has to be perfect and this one has it all, including side by side frig with ice and water in door, ceran top stove, DW, Disposal, Microwave, etc. The area restaurants are wonderful, but you might want to pick up some fresh fish or shrimp at the local seafood market and cook at home. Our condo is much larger than usual and even has a 7 x 14 separate utility room that will accommodate the porta-crib for use as a nursery. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Pompano Joes beachside restaurant and only about 5 minutes from both the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and the new Destin Commons Mall.

Beds: One King, Two Twins, Queen sleeper sofa (suitable for kids), and a Porta-Crib. 3 TV's, VCR, DVD Player, CD/Stereo, 2 clock radios, phones in every room, answering machine Huge kitchen with separate pantry, Microwave, DW, Side-by-Side frig (ice/water in door), Ceran top stove, plus everything else you'd expect in a well stocked kitchen.
Our goal is to make our vacation home as comfortable as possible and we would love to share it with you! Activities: Beach, Pool, Bike path along beach, Big Kahuna Water Park, Sea World, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall, Deep Sea fishing, Snorkeling, Diving, and wonderful restaurants nearby. Area: Scenic Gulf Dr is a small 2 lane road that runs right down along the beach, parallel to Hwy 98. It is primarily residential, with a few beachfront restaurants, but is within minutes of Hwy 98 where you will find many more restaurants, shopping and activities. The closest airport is Ft Walton Beach (airport code VPS), about a 20 min drive.
