From our balconies, you will see barges, boats of all sizes, sea birds of all variety, dolphins. Fishermen catching fish from the docks or spear fishing. There is a small sandy beach at the docks that children enjoy playing on. O'Bay Steamer and Rick's Crab Shack are fine seafood restaurants that are walking distance. You will thoroughly enjoy the change of scenery not having to just look at the beach all the time. This is why we call it the "Best of both worlds". This is an experience that you and your family will not soon forget and the memories of this vacation will linger.
  
Property Description
Located in the mist of all watersports, golfing, restaurants and shopping as well as around the corner from the fabulous Gulfarium and Boardwalk. Our condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and fully equipped kitchen with full washer and dryer. Everything you need is there in abundance, i.e. linen, towels, tv with cable in every room, dvd player, stereo, grill, deck furniture, etc. We have a large beautiful pool that is always sparkling clean and pool furniture for your enjoyment. Deep sea fishing just 5 miles away in Destin for charter and party boats. About 10 miles from the condo is a place called "Destin Commons" where we love to go shop and enjoy dinner and a movie. It is a place to see especially at night. This is a small complex and the pool is never crowded. When you walk across the street, there is a park with bathrooms, picnic tables, and walkway to the beach.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with newer stainless steel appliances, cookware, any small appliance you need, dishes, glassware, lots of towels, and ironing board and iron. We have a full size washer and dryer. Our condo is beautifully decorated with murials in the bedrooms-very exotic and beachy.
If you have a boat, you can bring it with you and dock it. This is just one advantage in being on the Intracoastal Waterway side of Okaloosa Island. Then, the beach awaits you just across the street. You have options as to what you feel like doing at any given time.
