Apartment 304 in Tower III is a front to back unit and is 1132 sq. ft. The master bedroom and living room have a long view down the beach. This apartment is not overlooking the pool and therefore tends to be a little quieter, especially during the peak season. The bedrooms are also in a front to back position with two bathrooms between them. This offers more privacy in the bedrooms which seems to be important to some guests. Since this apartment is on a lower floor you also can enjoy watching the palm trees swaying in the breeze as well as view the beach. The apartment faces Southwest.

Activities available either in the club or nearby include tennis, golf, bicycling, swimming, shelling, parasailing, shelling, jet skiing, kayaking, sight seeing with many excursions through the Everglades and tours through the 10,000 Islands. Fishing is wonderful and you can have your catch prepared by one of the local restaurants. Marco also has a family run Movie theater with eat in option. With Naples right down the street, there are many opportunities for entertainment including a zoo, water park, large 10 theater movie complex and the enticing music, shopping and functions on 5th Ave. Live theater both on and off the Island is also available.
