Barrier Dunes is a gated, gulf front neighborhood with 2 pools, lighted tennis courts, 3 freshwater fishing ponds, boardwalks throughout, pet stations and ALWAYS a family friendly enviornment.
Snowbirds can enjoy activities in the clubhouse ranging from free exercise classes to pot luck suppers. Things to do on Cape San Blas are endless: horseback riding on the beach, bonfires, crabbing, festivals and much more.

Enjoy a King and a Queen bedroom, both with a private deck and bathroom (and all the other comforts of home, from cable TV to VCRs and DVDs). You will also find a full laundry area, complete with laundry detergent on the upper floor.
On the lower floor, there is a comfortable living room with cable TV, wireless DSL highspeed internet, games, books and a movie library! FULLY stocked kitchen right down to the dishwashing detergent!
We also provide all the extras you need to make room in the car and enjoy the beach--you will find beach chairs, beach cart, beach toys, a cooler and much more for the days relaxinging on the beach ranked #1 in the USA! We want your vacation to be as relaxing as possible--from the packing and planning forward!
The kitchen is fully stocked, right down to the crab pot and you will find a gas grill to enjoy cooking your catch of the day as well! Yes! The fishing is outstaning in the gulf, St. Joe Bay or deep sea fishing!
St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is just outside the gates to Barrier Dunes. Enjoy easy bay access, boat ramp, bird watching, wildlife viewing, crabbing,shelling or snorkeling all in the State Park! The Cape San Blas beaches are white sand and uncrowded with clear turquoise water! You will not find wild crowds or highrises--you will not even find a traffic light! The last 7 miles of Cape San Blas does not even have roads on them--great for exploring by boat or on foot!
