The spacious townhome has two bedrooms, plus a sunroom and 2.5 baths and sleeps up to eight comfortably. In 2006 it was redecorated with all new paint and carpeting. The living room and entrance hall have beautiful seagrass textured walls and colorful art.

Property Description
The large beach level deck is decorated in a wonderful old Florida style with lots of lounging and dining space for everyone. Grill those burgers or steaks on your large private gas grill. You'll stay cool under the two outdoor fans. Your family will love eating outside, at one of two dining tables. There are also four lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a deck umbrella for those who want some shade.
The middle level deck has a table, umbrella and four chairs, overlooking the beautiful crystal white beach and the Gulf of Mexico. It's the perfect place to enjoy your first cup of coffee, also the perfect vantage point to watch the dolphins, as they feed along the coast. Or, watch the blazing sun slip into the water, with your favorite cold beverage, it is a treasured ritual with everyone along the coast. We want you and your family to experience this wonderful rite on the beach.
The upper deck, right outside the master bedroom, offers private sunbathing and relaxing on the lounge chairs. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and the spa tub overlooks the Gulf, very romantic! There is room enough for two and it's a great way to spend an evening with your loved one. The private master bath has two sinks and a shower. Watch TV/VCR from the comfort of your bed. The additional guest room has two single beds, a TV and a private full bath.
There are four televisions with a Premium Cox cable package of HBO, Showtime, Starz, Movie Channel, and Cinemax, the works! You will also have 20 DVDs to check out in the movie library, with movie titles to excite both the adults and the children.
The beautiful, spacious living room has a large comfortable modular sofa that is perfect for lively conversations or just relaxing the day away. Or, watch the TV/VCR, listen to the FM radio or play some favorite old tunes on the cassette player. The sofa converts for sleeping later. The Florida room becomes a private space when the interior doors are shut and offers another sofa that converts for sleeping. Watch the TV/VCR/DVD from the comfort of the sofa or as a bed. Or, select one of the many games and gather around the game table. You'll have lots of family laughs and fun, with the beautiful ocean in the background. In the dining area relax over coffee, there's plenty of room with seating for six. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a great bar area with bar stools. A great place to eat a quick snack, feed the kids or serve food buffet style.
