Property Description
Our villa is the ideal holiday base for upto 8 people.. It is situated on a private residential development called westminstergardens , consisting of approximately thirty houses just one mile off highway 192 and only a walk from Kissimmee Bay Golf Course.
Our villa is situated in East Kissimmee. We are just South of Orando International Airport (15 minutes) and only 1 mile north of Highway 192 .We are a straight easy run from sanford airport of approx 50 minutes.A good road to learn your driving on.
As we are just 20 minutes drive from downtown Orlando via Orange Ave. (527) and just five minutes from downtown Kissimmee itself, with its beautiful Lake Tohopekaliga, you will find Kissimmee the ideal location for all your needs.
We are within easy reach of all major attractions, Disney being 20 minutes drive via Osceola Parkway, the easiest drive to Disney you could wish for. You could also use Highway 192 for Disney. Again an easy drive, but slower than using Osceola Parkway.
Universal Studies and International drive with its Beltz shopping centre is easily reached using The Florida turnpike. .
We are a short walk from a small shopping complex, this as a supermarket and a Chinese restaurant, along with some other stores. A short drive away you have the choice of many restaurants. There are two Super Wal-Mart stores within a 5 minute drive. The Florida Mall is a 15 Minute drive. We are 5 minutes from Gatorland and Boggy Creek Airboart rides.
Accommodation comprises of three bedrooms. The master bed room has a king size bed. The second bed room a Queen size bed and the third two twin beds. Two bathrooms, large lounge , dinning area , kitchen , screened swimming pool and garage.
The large south facing private pool measures approx. 30ft by 12ft and is heatable for a small charge.
