The unit is nicely decorated and has tile floor in the living room. With a king-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and two built-in twin bunk beds, it will sleep up to six people. Linens and towels are provided. There are two private phones and two color TV sets with cable and a brand new Toshiba VCR/DVD/VCD/CD player. Iron is also available.
The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing and serving meals. A built-in microwave, oven, automatic coffee-maker, and blender serve your convenience. The refrigerator has an automatic icemaker.
The Summit is close to the two largest beach clubs in the world: Spinnaker and Club La Vela.
