This 2BR/2BA unit at Shoreline Luxury Towers is an oversized 1425 square foot, beautifully renovated condo with an awesome view of the Gulf. See the dolphins play and the fishing boats run by from the large balcony. Shoreline Towers is a private (24 hour security) complex with one of the largest private beaches in Destin with NO streets to cross to get to the beach. Shoreline Towers features tennis courts, swimming pool, clubhouse, exercise room, with beach chair and umbrella rentals. Shopping and great restaurants are within easy walking distance. There is NO smoking allowed inside any of the 3 condos.

Rentals are normally from Saturday to Saturday

Only a few feet to the BEACH WITH NO STREETS TO CROSS is a plus for families with small children. No crossing busy Highway 98 to get to the beach. Take a dip in the heated pool, stroll on the beach, play a game of tennis, or walk to one of the restaurants or family attractions - no matter what you do, you are bound to have fun. For less than $4/day (based on weekly rate), you can now access the hi-speed wireless Hotspot on your laptop at the pool, in the condo...at the beach!
The bedrooms feature a king-size in the master and two full-size in the 2nd bedroom. With the queen-size pull out couch, this condo sleeps six to eight very comfortable.
Three TV's, two VCR's, DVD, and a cabinet full of games and puzzles are for those days when you've had too much sun.
Located on prized Gulfshore Drive in the Heart of Destin, just a short drive to a luxury outlet mall or Gulfarium, some of the finest golf courses in the south and definitely the best little fishing village with amusement parks and miniature golf make this area fun for everyone.
The 4th floor view from Tower 3 and the sound of the ocean is unforgettable. Take the elevator to the bottom and step out on the whitest beaches and into the bluest of waters and one of the few beaches where you can see both a sunrise and a sunset over the water.
Our main goal is the safety of our guests. We do not want you or your family to be in any danger due to the weather conditions in the Destin area. Hurricanes are really hard to predict and landfall position is even trickier. For example, Tampa was recently evacuated for Hurricane Charley and Charley hardly touched Tampa, instead leveling Punta Gorda. If there is a Hurricane Warning for Destin and they ask tourists to leave… we will refund the unused portion of your rental. We can only offer the refund under these extreme circumstances when your safety must come first. This warning normal comes 1 to 2 days before landfall, providing you plenty of time to safely vacate the area (that is when I pack up and head down to board up). You can track tropical storms or hurricanes at Hurricane City.
