Our beautiful vacation home is located in a small, quiet exclusive gated community called Sunset Lakes. This “Top of the range location”, with luxury houses situated around two private lakes, is truly just 3 miles from Walt Disney World.
This awesome property overlooks a conservation area from the south facing pool area and master bedroom balcony. The pool area also boosts a spa, with waterfall feature, and an oversized deck giving you plenty of room to play or sunbathe on the numerous quality sun loungers. It is very private at the rear of the home making it perfect for breakfasting or dining ‘Alfresco”.
This is not a budget rental but a home that will be appreciated by guests who truly believe they deserve the best.

· 1 x Twin bedroom with 2 Single beds.

All bedrooms and bathrooms have ample built in wardrobes and all linen, including pool towels, are provided.
· 1 x family Room with alarmed patio doors to the pool area, which has cable TV, DVD, Video player & stereo. There is also a double sleep sofa in this room. We have a DVD Library with over 30 titles for your enjoyment.
· 1 x Formal lounge leading to an elegant dining area (Seats 6/8 guests)
· A beautiful fully fitted kitchen, with all mod cons, leads you to a breakfast dining area with pool/lake view (Seats 6 guests).
· Separate utility room with washer and dryer and full ironing facilities
All baby equipment is free of charge and includes quality:
Cot & bedding, reclining highchair, baby listener & stair gate.
Children in cots do not count as occupancy.
Games Room:
Brand new full size pool table, air hockey table and Playstation 2. Games may be rented locally.
Fishing is also permitted on the Lakes.
Sunset Lakes is completely finished so builder’s noise and dust will not disturb your vacation.
To take some of the hassle out of your travel, we have key collection & drop off at the villa.
This 3000sq. Ft villa is exceptionally well maintained and luxuriously furnished to a very high standard with many upgrades. We are fully licensed for 14 guests, insured and professionally managed giving you complete peace of mind.
