The Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin. It also has 2 bathrooms and its own private swimming pool. It is elegantly furnished throughout and sleeps up to 6 people. The sofa in the lounge also converts to a double bed allowing for extra guests.
At the entrance of Southern Dunes there is a Wal-Mart store which meets all your needs for food, beverage and household goods. Adjacent to this is a small shopping parade with various other convenience stores including Winn Dixie.
Across the main road there are numerous eateries including Chinese, American Diners and other fast food restaurants.
  
Property Description
The villa has television, DVD, Satellite/Cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle and a toaster. You will also find a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.

The nearest town is Haines City which is approximately 10minutes drive. It is conveniently located in central Florida and is referred to as the “Heart of Florida”due to its location. Haines City has a unique character that can be found throughout. It still maintains its small town character while experiencing major growth. You can shop and dine in the historic downtown, participate in the many recreational opportunities, enjoy the variety of special events that bring the community together and walk through the pleasant neighbourhoods.
The main focus for the Orlando area is in no doubt the many theme parks, ranging from the world renowned Disney World to Universal Studios, Sea World and the various themed water parks. To the west you can drive to the Gulf coast towns like St Petersburg and Clearwater with their lovely beaches and not forgetting Tampa itself with both a city feel and its share of fun with Busch Gardens. To the east the Atlantic coast and probably the most famous visitor attraction here is the Kennedy Space Centre where tours of the massive facility are conducted on a daily basis. There is something for everyone in Orlando.
The directions to the villa from Orlando International Airport are head for Interstate 4, come off at Highway 27 and Southern Dunes is approximately 7 miles on the left hand side.
